How agreements are formed
You agree to one document. The Terms of Service, between you and CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt), is the only document you actively agree to. Everything that binds you is either in it or incorporated by it, and every incorporated document says so in a banner at the top of its own page.
Nothing binds you by being published here. A notice, a disclosure or a disclaimer in this Legal Center informs you. It does not create obligations between us, and it does not vary the Terms of Service. The Legal Sitemap below says which is which.
The contract is formed when we open your account. You submit a registration or an order form; we confirm in text form that your account is open, or we first make the platform available to you for live transactions. Before that point, nothing here is an offer — prices, product information and the platform itself are an invitation to deal.
Verification is a condition, not a formality. We can make the contract conditional on business verification, on a Partner accepting your business, and on any further condition we tell you about.
Your own terms do not apply. They do not become part of the contract even if we perform without objecting to them, and even if you attach them to an order.
Changes reach you before they take effect. A material change to the Terms of Service or to any document that forms part of it is notified before it takes effect. The notice sets out what is changing and from when. If you do not object, the change takes effect and you may terminate free of charge before it does. Every change, material or editorial, is recorded in the Versioned Terms Archive & Change Log.
One law, one forum, one language. Swiss substantive law governs, the courts and tribunals are named in one place, and the English version is the authoritative text. All of it is on Contracting Entity & Governing Law, and no other document may state anything different.
